The design process started by identifying core user pain points—task overload, unclear priorities, and lack of visual organization. After mapping user journeys, I created wireframes centered around visibility, categorization, and effortless control.
I designed essential screens such as onboarding, dashboard, task lists, priority manager, focus mode, insights, reminders, and profile settings. Micro-interactions and spacing were refined to deliver a calm and focused experience.
The final prototype provides a smooth and structured workflow with a modern visual identity and optimized usability for everyday productivity.
